She is the Past Chairman of the Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and has served on many civic boards including the Nashville Chamber of Commerce, The Jason Foundation, and the Middle Tennessee Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Paula was awarded the 2007 Junior Achievement Spirit of Free Enterprise Award and received IABC Nashville’s Career Lifetime Achievement Award, also in 2007. She is an alumna of Leadership Nashville and an active member of the Nashville Rotary Club.
