Over the years, Lovell Communications has worked with a wide variety of financial service providers. We’ve assisted de novo banks as they develop their brand identities and promote their services; we’ve helped large, mature financial institutions as they expand their geographic reach and consolidate with other banking organizations. When internal relations, cultural issues or external customer and public perception issues are critical to success, banks as well as securities and investment firms engage Lovell Communications to develop important strategic messages and manage the distribution of information to shareholders, customers, strategic partners, employees, media, vendors, and government regulatory agencies. Issues and opportunities managed by Lovell include: deposit growth and maintenance during acquisitions or changes, internal cultural or morale issues, benefits communications, sensitive regulatory announcements, and the development of customer outreach programs to improve relationships with existing clients and customers.
Lovell has also managed internal and external communication programs for both public and private managed care organizations, third party administrators, licensed public adjusters, health management organizations and commercial insurance companies. Specific projects include member communications, media relations, provider communications and community relations.
Paula Lovell served on the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta for 10 years and as Chairman of the Board during her final year’s term.
