Crisis Communications
Lovell Communications

Since our founding in 1988, Lovell Communications has consistently received national recognition for our work in crisis communications, managing thousands of critical events for a wide range of clients across the country. We have worked on issues ranging from massive, international disclosures of criminal charges to private – but devastating – conflicts between business partners. We have assisted CEOs and executive teams by developing and managing communications following fatal industrial accidents during criminal and regulatory investigations, and at times when a significant corporate event threatened the stability or economic health of an organization.

A small sampling of our crisis communications work includes:

  • Government fraud
  • Labor relations issues
  • Product recalls
  • Sexual harassment allegations
  • Bank defalcation
  • Regulatory actions (OIG, DOJ, OCC)
  • Discrimination claims
  • CEO impropriety
  • Pedophilia allegations against clergy
  • Medical malpractice
  • Contract violation
  • Identity theft
In each case, Lovell coordinates closely with the client, their legal counsel and the appropriate officials to accurately assess the situation, identify key stakeholders and develop carefully considered strategies and deliver critical messages. Crisis communications efforts are designed to prepare leadership, minimize harmful media coverage, limit negative impact among stakeholders, and help retain or rebuild credibility and trust.
